MP UK/EU
1. The Brief
Myprotein wanted to launch their new activewear and supplement line using local UK fitness influencers. Instead of polished, un-relatable gym models, they needed content that felt native to TikTok and Instagram Reelsโbut with a higher production quality than a standard phone video.
The main challenge was managing six different creators across multiple locations on a tight schedule, while making sure the final videos felt cohesive.
2. What We Did
We skipped the traditional studio setup and filmed the creators in their actual training environmentsโfrom local boxing clubs to public running tracks.
-
Vertical-First Production: We shot everything natively in $9:16$ on cinema cameras, blending professional lighting with handheld, fast-paced camerawork so it fit perfectly into a social feed.
-
Coaching, Not Scripting: Rather than forcing rigid scripts on the influencers, we ran interview-style sessions to capture their genuine voices, keeping the product integration natural.
-
Two Cities, Four Days: We split into nimble micro-crews to shoot across London and Manchester simultaneously, minimizing downtime and keeping the energy high on set.
3. The Outcome
| Metric | Result |
| Deliverables | 6 main creator spots, 24 short cutdowns, and a library of social stills |
| Turnaround | 10 days from the final wrap to delivery |
| Use Case | Paid social ads (Meta/TikTok) and organic brand channels |
The Bottom Line
By giving local creators professional production backing without over-producing their personalities, the ads didn’t instantly feel like ads. The content blended right into consumers’ feeds, driving higher watch times and better click-through rates for the product launch.
